HOW YOU CAN SIGN UP:
- Visit the Circle of Care launch page: www.perkopolis.com/PerkLaunchpages/CircleOfCare.html
- Click on the “Get Started Now” tab which will take you to the Perkopolis Member Registration page.
- Enter CARE2013 in the Member ID Code field and continue to fill out the remaining fields.
- Click the “Register Now” tab at the bottom. You are now a member and on your way to great savings!
