As a Circle of Care volunteer, you can participate in our Perkopolis program and receive discounts on entertainment, shopping, hotels and travel. It is easy to enrol and our way to say Thank You for being a great volunteer.<\/p>\n

HOW YOU CAN SIGN UP:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Visit the Circle of Care launch page: www.perkopolis.com\/PerkLaunchpages\/CircleOfCare.html\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the \u201cGet Started Now\u201d tab which will take you to the Perkopolis Member Registration page.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter CARE2013<\/strong> in the Member ID Code field and continue to fill out the remaining fields.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the \u201cRegister Now\u201d tab at the bottom. You are now a member and on your way to great savings!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
